Eligibility:
Contest entries void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Ablis, as well as subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, employees’ immediate family members, of Ablis are ineligible participate in the contest.
Must be age 18 years or older to enter.
Must be located in the continental USA to be eligible to participate in the contest.
Sponsorship:
This contest is run by Ablis CBD Infusions, 19330 Pinehurst Rd. Bend, OR 97703.
Agreement to Rules:
By entering this contest, participant agrees to abide by Ablis’s Official Rules and decisions. Ablis retains the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at it’s sole discretion. Participant agrees to accept the decision of Ablis as final and binding.
Entry Period:
Contest starts at 12:00am PST, August 18th, 2021, and ends at 11:59pm PST September 2nd, 2021. Contest entries outside of this time period will not be accepted and will be considered void.
How to Enter:

Contestants may enter the contest by doing all of the following:
- Posting a photo of themselves on an “Adventure” to their personal Instagram page, to their Instagram Feed (not Instagram Story),
- Tagging @Abliscbd in that photo,
- Using the hashtag #AdventureWithAblis in the caption.
Contestants may enter an unlimited amount of times, as long as different photos are used.
Prizes:
- 1 Grand Prizes Available.
- Grand prize is “1 Year Supply of Ablis” which is defined as a $200/month store credit on www.Ablisbd.com, with shipping within the continental USA included. Estimated Retail value of the Prize is $2400. The prize is non-redeemable for cash, non-transferrable, and has no direct cash value. Website credit will reset each month on the 4th day of the month. If the winner does not use their credit within the month, it will not roll over into the next month and the unused portion of the previous month’s credit will be forfeit. Ablis is not liable for winner’s inability to use the credit due to technical or other unforeseen issues.
- 3 Secondary Prizes Available.
- Secondary prize is “3 Months Supply of Ablis” which is defined as a $200/month store credit on www.Ablisbd.com, with shipping within the continental USA included. Estimated Retail value of the Prize is $600. The prize is non-redeemable for cash, non-transferrable, and has no direct cash value. Website credit will reset each month on the 4th day of the month. If the winner does not use their credit within the month, it will not roll over into the next month and the unused portion of the previous month’s credit will be forfeit. Ablis is not liable for winner’s inability to use the credit due to technical or other unforeseen issues.
- 5 Tertiary Prizes Available.
- Tertiary prize is “1 Month Supply of Ablis” which is defined as a $200/month store credit on www.Ablisbd.com, with shipping within the continental USA included. Estimated Retail value of the Prize is $200. The prize is non-redeemable for cash, non-transferrable, and has no direct cash value. Website credit will expire 1 month after the prize is accepted. If the winner does not use their credit within the month, it will not roll over into the next month and the unused portion of the previous month’s credit will be forfeit. Ablis is not liable for winner’s inability to use the credit due to technical or other unforeseen issues.
- Acceptance of the prize grants Ablis permission to use the Winners entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.
- Winner will need to provide social security # and fill out a Federal Form W9 for tax purposes.
Odds:
Contestant odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received, and the number of entries the contestant enters into the contest.
Selection and Notification of Winner:
Winner will be selected by a panel of judges selected by Ablis, under Ablis’s supervision. Winner will be notified via Instagram message on or by September 5th, 2021 11:59pm PST. The Winner must reply and accept the prize by September 10th, 2021 11;59pm PST, or the prize will be forfeit and an alternate winner will be selected.
Ablis is not liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if he or she has security settings that cause the prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder, or if the Winner is unable to check and respond to the prize notification due to technical or other unforeseen circumstances.
Receipt of the prize is upon the condition of compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Rights Granted by the Entrant:
Upon submission of an entry into the contest, Contestant grants Ablis to following rights:
- the right to use participant’s submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
Entries must be original work and not violate anyone’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. Entries that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others will be grounds for disqualification of the participant from the contest. Contestant shall defend or settle against claims arising from the infringement of intellection property rights as a result of Contestant’s Entry at their sole expense, and contestant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ablis from any such suit or legal action.
Terms and Conditions:
Ablis reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate any and all parts of the contest in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond Ablis’s control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/giveaway.
Ablis reserves the right disqualify anyone who violates the terms or rules of the contest.
Ablis reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the contest.
Limitation of Liability:
Contestant’s entry into the contest constitutes his or her agreement to release and hold harmless Ablis and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
Disputes:
Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in the promotion, that disputes not resolved between the participant and Ablis shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in the State of Oregon, without resorting to any form of class action. Entrant waives all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and they waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

The #AdventureWithAblis Contest hosted by Ablis is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, or partners.
Affirmation of Acceptance of and Agreement to All of the Official Rules:
By entering the contest, the entrant has affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the official rules.
